Through our nationwide shipping service, we offer you the opportunity to purchase any IT equipment that meets your needs, anywhere in Greece. The available shipping methods depend on the volume and weight of each order.
1. Shipping by Courier
For all the needs of transporting products to and from our warehouses, we cooperate with the courier companies ELTA & ACS Courier with special rates for our customers. The process is simple, pick up is done by the Courier company at our premises and delivery is made to your premises, promptly and safely.
The delivery time for products with immediate availability is 1 - 2 working days.
2. Delivery by transport company
For the needs of transporting products of greater weight and volume, the shipment is made with a specific cooperating transport company that covers the whole country and with special prices for our customers.
The delivery of products is carried out at the delivery address on the sidewalk (not on the floor).
The duration of delivery of products with immediate availability is 1 - 3 working days.
The cost of product shipping is calculated during the order process for all products.
Orders are shipped daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Regarding the receipt of goods, our customers must be able to know that the goods travel on behalf of and at the risk of the buyer. Therefore, we urge our customers to check the integrity of the goods they receive upon delivery.
3. Picking-up from our warehouse
You can pick up your order from the company's central facilities.

The deposit amount refers to the total final payable amount of the order including shipping costs and VAT of the products.
In any case, please make sure that your name and the unique number of your order are filled in the reason for the bank deposit.
Once the bank deposit has been executed, please send us the proof of deposit by email to sales@alfanet.gr or by fax to 2310 586.180.
With the confirmation of the bank deposit, the process of executing your order starts.
2. Payment by cash on delivery
The possibility of payment of the order with the delivery at your place is valid for all Greece in case the volume and weight of the products allow the delivery with the cooperating Courier companies.
In case the products are shipped with a transport company, the cash on delivery method is available for the prefectures of Attica and Thessaloniki.
For the rest of Greece it is necessary to choose a different payment method.
According to the current tax regulations, documents with a value of more than 500 euros to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoices) must be paid only by bank deposit or credit/debit card payment.

4. Payment by debit/credit card
We offer you the possibility to pay your order using your debit/credit card through our online store https://www.alfanet.gr/.
All credit/debit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express & Diners Club are accepted. In addition, you can pay with a digital wallet, with the possibility of accepting the Masterpass payment service.

In case the system does not approve the transaction, the company reserves the right to cancel the order.
